FOR CHILDREN
Our kids’ classes are a great way to introduce your child to the benefits of yoga. They’ll learn basic yoga poses, as well as breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.
FOR ADULTS
Our adult classes are perfect for anyone looking to improve their flexibility, strength, and balance.
Meet our instructors:
Oksana Veremiychuk is a certified fitness instructor with experience working in a medical institution and a practical neuropsychology center (direction: sensory-motor correction).
Experience in Montessori early childhood development.
She is a warm and welcoming instructor who creates a safe and supportive space for everyone to practice. So come join her class and experience the many benefits of yoga!
